Experts from our member companies drive the technical and collaboration work in the Pistoia Alliance. The Alliance would not be able to deliver our goals without these experts and very much appreciates their contributions. The Pistoia Alliance Board of Directors approves Working Groups (WG), subject to sufficient participatory interest within the membership and an acceptable group charter. Participation in working groups is open to Pistoia members who accept the charter for the working group. This document allows members to contribute and participate in the WG activities. The membership agreement provides further details on this process. Each Working Group always has chairperson (and where possible we will appoint a co-chaor) who steers activities and represent the Working Group within the Pistoia Alliance and externally. More details on the process for the Working Groups will be published over the coming months.
