What will the life sciences and healthcare industries look like in 2030?
To answer this question the Pistoia Alliance has produced a new report 2030: Life sciences and Health in the Digital Age.
Drawing on insight from 75 industry experts from 65 major organisations the report has been produced to help organisations in the sector understand and prepare for new innovations and regulatory reforms predicted in the coming decade.
The report includes insights into:
- Key technologies that will drive change including AI/ML, blockchain, medical devices, digital (biomarkers, diagnostics and therapeutics) and laboratory automation
- Patient-centric innovations including precision medicine, genomics, stem-cell and gene-based therapies, patient registries, diagnostic pills, and Real World Data (RWD)
- The important role cross-industry and within-industry pre-competitive collaboration will play in driving innovation in the years ahead
“There is no doubt that the next decade will herald unprecedented change, and our objective is to ensure that the Pistoia Alliance, its members, and the industry as a whole, are prepared and agile enough to respond and thrive.”
Dr Steve Arlington, President of the Pistoia Alliance
