This workshop explores the development of an open-source instrument data parser library to address data format fragmentation in life sciences, aiming to improve data interoperability, reduce redundant effort, and accelerate scientific discovery through scalable, plug-and-play analytics.
This workshop brings together instrument vendors to provide feedback on a proposed Instrument & Data Standards Questionnaire—aimed at streamlining data compatibility, improving procurement efficiency, and fostering stronger collaboration between pharma and instrument suppliers.

At any given time, organizations may be experiencing different stages of their respective FAIR implementation journey, which makes it challenging to perform benchmarks and assess progress. So while there are multiple FAIR data maturity models, there was no maturity assessment model at the organizational level.
In this video, we show how we have imported the developed core CMC process ontology as well as two controlled vocabularies for referring to the different parameter measurements as well as the different recipe steps that make up a manufacturing process to create a knowledge graph to answer our competency and business questions.
