With a strong focus on fostering innovation and enhancing employee satisfaction, she has spearheaded initiatives such as revamping the promotion framework for R&D and launching leadership programs for scientists. Susagna’s commitment to inclusivity extends to her roles in various employee resource groups, including the Roche R&D Women Network and the LGBTQIA+ group.
