Dear Pistoia Alliance Members,

I’m thrilled to announce that EPAM will be hosting the MIT Solve Challenge Design Workshop at our EPAM Continuum office in Boston on January 28th, 2020. EPAM will be sponsoring this event in partnership with MIT Solve, an initiative of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology that advances lasting solutions from tech entrepreneurs to address the world’s most pressing problems.

Each year, MIT Solve issues four Global Challenges to find the most promising “Solver” teams who can drive transformational change. Solve then deploys its global community of private, public, and nonprofit leaders to form the partnerships these Solver teams need to scale their impact. In 2020, the Global Challenges are centered on:

  1. SUSTAINABILITY: Sustainable Food Systems
  2. LEARNING: Gender Equity and Education
  3. ECONOMIC PROSPERITY: Good Jobs and Inclusive Economic Growth
  4. HEALTH: Infant and Maternal Health

Many of these areas overlap with areas of interest for the Pistoia Alliance. If you are interested in attending the event, please visit https://solve.mit.edu/, email me for more information (christopher_waller@epam.com), or register at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/mit-solve-challenge-design-workshop-at-epam-continuum-boston-registration-85533173023

Thank you,

Chris
