This Pistoia Alliance workshop in support of a Community of Interest for research-led patient charities:
• Understand the landscape of the Pistoia Alliance community and current projects
• Identify common areas, potential synergies or shared goals where we could see benefit in working
with pharma R&D/ other life science players – achieve consensus
• Discuss and propose project ideas where we could show concrete benefit within 12 months
• Agree initial ground rules to enable us to engage with other organisations (e.g. pharmas, technology
companies, consultancies, etc.), any red lines to make clear?
• Agree output communications within Pistoia Alliance/elsewhere and next steps 1-3 months
